Not by solving the problem or probably just asking if I needed any help, she apparently just shut me off by concluding that it was my fault for the lost mail since I did not opt for registered postage. I seriously don't give a damn whether she has to pay for the stocks. But I am sure that she did not even mail out my parcel at all, if not there would not be a lost mail. Besides, she do earn a profit from the sales, so why is she harping about the "pay for the stocks" ? And she is even selling much more than other shops do! She had the intention from the start to cheat my money if not she wouldn't have rushed me for the payment and even kept emphasizing the she will pay for me first. And now that I did not get my stock, she does not even give a damn about it and I'm really disturbed by her behaviour. But I believe what comes around, goes around. If this is the way she treats her customer, then I'm afraid I'm terribly disappointed in her blogshop as well as her character. Such a pathetic money and yet she want to scam and can't even cover her own lie. She even said that she written her return address behind and this have even further explained that it is not a lost mail but she simply did not deliver it.


Just to warn others, since she made things this way and she is just trying to conclude everything with " If you did not opt for registered postage, it will be easier for her to scam you cause you can't track normal postage and you can do nothing about it. And she can just get away with it although she did not send out the mail at all. " No one wouldn't be angry when someone promises to pass you the goods and you paid quite alot for it and it goes missing. In that case, every blogshop have the chance to scam if the seller is not sincere and is a cheat, like her apparently. Seriously, buy from her at your own risk. Such a rude and pathetic blogshop owner with no manners.


What made me more furious is not the lost mail. But the part when she denied everything and pushed all the blame to me. AND DID NOT BOTHER TO DO ANYTHING TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. And concluded that the lost mail was my fault although I paid money for the item to be delivered.
